Leyda Rey Gonzalez sues Nathaniel Cornell Cameau and Beacon Sales Acquisition for a car collision

In the Circuit Court for the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, Leyda Rey Gonzalez has filed a lawsuit against Nathaniel Cornell Cameau and Beacon Sales Acquisition, Inc. The case number is 24-001520-CI and was filed on April 4, 2024. Gonzalez alleges that she suffered damages exceeding $50,000 due to a collision caused by Cameau's negligence while he was driving a vehicle owned by Beacon Sales Acquisition.

The incident occurred on May 19, 2023, at approximately 8:09 am on Interstate 275 in Pinellas County, Florida. Gonzalez was driving a 2014 Gray Hyundai Elantra Sedan while Cameau was operating a 2020 Blue Freight Tractor Truck owned by Beacon Sales Acquisition.

Gonzalez alleges that Cameau negligently operated his vehicle resulting in a collision with her car. She claims that as a result of the accident, she suffered injuries to her body, pain, incurred medical expenses, suffered physical handicap and significant scarring and disfigurement. Furthermore, she alleges psychological and emotional injuries along with loss of wages and impaired working ability.

Gonzalez is seeking judgment for compensatory damages against Nathaniel Cornell Cameau for an amount in excess of $50,000.00 along with costs and demands trial by jury.
