In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiffs Dawn Early and Allanah Early have filed a lawsuit against Auto Club South Insurance Company, Adam Grote, Bay Area Building Solutions, Inc., and Kenneth Turcotte. The case (No. 24-001478-CI) was filed on April 2, 2024.
The complaint alleges that Adam Grote operated a vehicle negligently causing it to collide with the vehicle being driven by Dawn Early, with Allanah Early as a passenger on October 9, 2021. In another incident on July 8, 2022, Kenneth Turcotte is alleged to have operated a motor vehicle owned by Bay Area Building Solutions negligently causing it to collide with Dawn Early's vehicle.
Allanah Early claims to have suffered bodily injury including permanent injury, pain and suffering of both physical and mental nature among other damages due to Grote's negligence. She is seeking judgment for damages exceeding $50,000 from Adam Grote.
