Johntae Jarmor Killings sues Pamela Jayne Fonte for car accident damages

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Johntae Jarmor Killings has filed a lawsuit against defendant Pamela Jayne Fonte. The case, bearing ID 24-001048-ClI and filed on March 4, 2024, seeks damages exceeding $50,000 for an alleged car accident incident.

Represented by attorney Lenny Carapella of Morgan & Morgan Tampa, P.A., Killings alleges that on April 11, 2023, Fonte negligently operated her motor vehicle resulting in a collision with his own at the intersection of 54th Ave S and 34th St S in Pinellas County. The incident allegedly caused serious and permanent injuries to Killings.
