Calvin Jaquan Simon sues Daniel Edward Gaynor and Grace Isabella Milici Gaynor for damages due to car accident

In the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Pinellas County, Florida, plaintiff Calvin Jaquan Simon has filed a lawsuit against defendants Daniel Edward Gaynor and Grace Isabella Milici Gaynor. The case, identified as 24-001045-Cl, was filed on March 5, 2024.

Represented by attorney Jesse Shild, Simon alleges that he suffered serious bodily injury and financial loss due to a car accident caused by Grace Isabella Milici Gaynor's negligence. The incident occurred on June 28, 2023, when Gaynor allegedly collided with Simon's vehicle while operating a 2009 Mercedez R350. Daniel Edward Gaynor is also implicated in the lawsuit as the owner of the vehicle driven by Grace Isabella Milici Gaynor at the time of the accident.

Simon is seeking damages in excess of $50,000 for his injuries and losses which include pain and suffering, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, medical expenses, lost wages and loss of earning capacity. He also demands a trial by jury on all issues.
