CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County resident alleges he was injured in an accident in the county.
Peter Smitt filed a complaint on April 12 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas Circuit against FCS Inc. and Robert McRaine alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 19, 2016, he was driving near the intersection of 47th Street North and 118th Avenue in Pinellas County when McRaine, an employee of FCS, collided with is vehicle. He alleges he suffered severe personal injuries and damages, mental and physical pain and loss of earnings.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for damages greater than $15,000, plus interest, costs, and other relief the court deems just. He is represented by John M. Della Costa Jr. and R. Mark Bortner of Della Costa & Neville PA in Pinellas Park.
