filed a complaint on March 29 in the U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of Florida, West Palm Beach Division against Nature of
Marble LLC, doing business as Nature of Marble, alleging that the
property owner violated the Americans with Disabilities Act.
to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 31, she
visited the defendant's business and was denied the benefits of
services, programs and activities at the defendant’s buildings and its
facilities. The plaintiff holds Nature of Marble LLC responsible because
the defendant allegedly does not have an accessible restroom.
plaintiff seeks an order from the court for the defendant to alter its
premises, all costs, other expenses, and further relief as the court may
