George Zuluaga filed a complaint on Feb. 27 in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, Orlando Division against Ocwen Loan Servicing LLC alleging violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that beginning in March 2015 he sustained damages from receiving 500 harassing phone calls from the defendant aimed to collect an alleged debt.
