FORT LAUDERDALE – Several Amazon sellers are alleged to be selling counterfeit Chanel goods.
Inc. filed a complaint on Feb. 13 in the U.S. District Court for the
Southern District of Florida against Aeiorde, Alicia Baltazar, AmEm, et
al. alleging trademark infringement.
According to the complaint,
the plaintiff alleges that it suffered damages to their business and
