Laborer claims Isram Realty and Management Inc. owes unpaid overtime wages

TAMPA – A laborer alleges he was not properly compensated for all hours worked by a Pinellas County employer.

Robert Redding filed a complaint on behalf of others similarly situated on Sept. 12 in the Tampa Division for the Middle District of Florida against Isram Realty and Management Inc. citing the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he worked for more than 40 hours without being paid any overtime compensation. The plaintiff holds Isram Realty and Management Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay plaintiff at a rate of time-and-one-half of his hourly wage rate for the extra hours.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks reimbursement of an amount equal to the unpaid wages, liquidated damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. He is represented by Kyle J. Lee of Lee Law PLLC in Brandon.
