WEST PALM BEACH – A Texas company has filed suit against a Boca Raton business alleging it failed to pay for medical billing services it provided.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that as of Feb. 3, it suffered damages in the amount of $496,406.61 in unpaid bills. The plaintiff seeks the following: compensation for all damages; prejudgment interest; attorneys’ fees and costs; and any further relief that the court may deem just and proper. He is represented by Charles M. Tatelbaum, Christina V. Paradowski and Angelo Castaldi of Tripp Scott PA in Fort Lauderdale.
