Sanjuanna McWilliams, as natural parent and legal guardian of minor Tristin McWilliams, filed a complaint on September 1 in Hillsborough Circuit Court against Ultimate Trampoline, LLC d/b/a Summit Adventure Park Spring Hill and Luke Jones for negligence and vicarious liability.
