Shareholders Nelson F. Migdal, Dania Duncan Moreno, Dr. Florian Rösch and Michael J. Sullivan, attorneys at global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, are listed in the inaugural edition of Who’s Who Legal: Hospitality 2020.

According to their website, Who’s Who Legal identifies the foremost legal practitioners and consulting experts in business law based upon comprehensive, independent research. Migdal is Co-Chair of the Hospitality Practice. He focuses his practice on the acquisition and disposition of hotels, hotel operations and management, franchising, licensing and branding, development and finance, large mixed-use projects, hotel management agreements, licensing agreements, commercial real estate acquisition and sale, and commercial leasing.

Duncan Moreno focuses her practice on real estate transactions. She has broad experience representing international and U.S. companies in hotel, resort and hospitality real estate, business and finance law throughout Mexico. She advises private equity funds, developers and other investors and operators in the acquisition, disposition, financing, development and leasing of commercial properties, including mixed use projects, resort hotels, retail assets, multi-family projects, timeshare developments, condominium and fractional properties.

Rösch focuses his practice on real estate and corporate law, with a focus on real estate transactions and real estate developments. He also represents clients in joint venture situations and ongoing asset management work, including leasing. Rösch also works as a notary with a focus on all kind of real estate and corporate notarizations. He works for domestic and foreign investors, asset management companies, developers, and the public sector. His experience includes office and retail properties, hotels and nursing homes as well as residential properties.

Sullivan is Co-Chair of the firm’s Hospitality Group. Sullivan has wide-ranging experience in the acquisition, development, finance and disposition of hotels, resorts, branded residences and condo-hotels; management, franchise and operating agreements for hotels; publicly financed hotel management agreements; construction and permanent financings (balance sheet and CMBS); and the purchase of distressed mortgage debt instruments secured by hospitality-related real estate.
