GREENBERG TRAURIG: Greenberg Traurig’s Bruce Lower Speaks at American Resort Development Association World Conference

Greenberg Traurig LLP issued the following announcement on April 8.

Bruce T. Lower, a Real Estate associate in the Orlando office of global law firm Greenberg Traurig LLP, will moderate a panel titled, “Coffee with Millennials” at the American Resort Development Association (ARDA) World Conference, Tuesday, April 9, in Orlando, FL. The panel discussed ways to onboard, engage, and retain millennials in the workforce.

Based in Washington DC, the ARDA is a trade association focused on the vacation ownership and resort development industries (timeshares). The association has nearly 600 corporate members and 5,000-plus engaged associates. Members hail from organizations ranging from privately held firms to publicly traded corporations with significant experience related to shared ownership interests in leisure real estate.

Lower focuses his practice on transactional and regulatory matters within the hospitality industry. He advises clients on the development, financing, and operation of timeshare and fractional ownership projects, resort condominiums, condominium hotels, vacation and travel clubs, and exchange programs. Lower also advises clients on state and federal laws governing the offering and sale of real estate interests, consumer protection and consumer finance laws, and homeowners’ association management.
