ORLANDO — An Orlando driver is suing a Vero Beach motorist, alleging negligent driving.

Abduljabbar Salman filed a complaint Aug. 23 in Orange County Circuit Court against Terre Morgan, alleging she failed to operate her vehicle in a reasonably safe manner.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 21, 2017, Salman was operating his motor vehicle on Jeff Fuqua Boulevard in Orlando when Morgan's car struck his vehicle, causing a collision.

As a result, Salman said he suffered bodily injury, disability and physical impairment, plus the expense of hospitalization, medical and nursing care.

The plaintiff alleges Morgan negligently operated and/or maintained the motor vehicle so that it collided with Salman's car.

Salman seeks trial by jury, damages that exceed $15,000, plus interest, court costs and attorney fees. He is represented by attorney Joseph H. Shaughnessy of Morgan & Morgan, PA in Orlando.
