Note holder alleges transportation business owes $400,000

ORLANDO — An Orange County note holder is suing a transportation business, alleging breach of a $400,000 promissory note.

RSC Corporation filed a complaint Aug. 15 in Orange County Circuit Court against Ace Transportation Systems LLC, alleging failure to perform its contractual obligations.

According to the complaint, on Aug. 2, 2017, Ace Transportation executed a promissory note in favor of plaintiff in the amount of $400,000. After a year, the suit says, these amounts remain due and unpaid. 

The plaintiff alleges Ace Transportation Systems has failed to make payments when due.

RSC Corporation seeks trial by jury, judgment of $400,000, plus post-judgment interest, court costs, attorney fees and all other just and equitable relief. It is represented by attorney Victor L. Chapman of Barrett, Chapman & Ruta PA in Orlando.
