St. Petersburg motorist alleges another driver caused crash

CLEARWATER — A St. Petersburg motorist is suing another driver, alleging negligence caused a crash that injured the plaintiff.

Brie Milton filed a complaint June 12 in Pinellas Circuit Court against Eugene Pedoto, alleging the defendant breached his duty to exercise reasonable care in operating a motor vehicle.

According to the complaint, on Dec. 14, 2016, Milton was driving her car in Pinellas County when was injured in a motor vehicle collision due to the carelessness of Pedoto. Milton says she sustained injuries resulting in medical expenses, pain and suffering, lost wages, disfigurement and disability. 

The plaintiff alleges Pedoto failed to pay proper attention on the road, failed to maintain a reasonable and safe distance and failed to yield right of way.

Milton seeks a trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, court costs, interest and all other appropriate relief. She is represented by attorney Cameron W. Brumbelow of Law Offices of Cameron W. Brumbelow PA in St. Petersburg.
