CLEARWATER — A managing member of Sun Seair, a Pinellas Park mobile home development, is suing a resident, alleging slander and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Robert Kurens of Westchester County, New York, filed a complaint May 29 in Pinellas County Circuit Court against Audrey Worsley alleging the defendant knowingly provided verbal statements containing false, injurious and defamatory allegations.
According to the complaint, between Sept. 7, 2017 and April 12, 2018, Kurens received verbal statements containing false, injurious and defamatory allegations from Worsley. The plaintiff alleges Worsley verbally communicated false and damaging statements to the public with willful, wanton, malicious intent and in complete and reckless disregard for other's rights and reputation.
