Wells Builders alleged to owe Hire Quest more than $17,000 for services

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County business is alleged to have failed to pay another company for labor it provided.

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County business is alleged to have failed to pay another company for labor it provided.

Hire Quest LLC, doing business as Trojan Labor, filed a complaint on May 1 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Wells Builders LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that between October 2017 and January 2018, it provided labor and services to the defendant. The plaintiff alleges it is owed $17,061.47 from the defendant.

The plaintiff holds Wells Builders LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to make any payments on the sum that is due and owing.

The plaintiff seeks damages in the amount of $17,061.47 plus interest of 18 percent or the maximum amount allowed by law, attorney's fees, costs and all other relief that the court deems just and proper. It is represented by Jose A. Rodriguez of The Soto Law Group in Fort Lauderdale.
