Law firm alleges condominium group owes $16,000 for legal services

FORT LAUDERDALE — A law firm is suing a Broward County condominium group, alleging breach of contract.

Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet PA filed a complaint April 20 in Broward Circuit Court against Turf Condominium Inc., alleging the defendant owes more than $16,000 for legal services. 

According to the complaint, Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet PA has suffered economic damages as a result of Turf Condominium's refusal to pay $16,344.26 to the plaintiffs for representation on legal matters.  

The plaintiff alleges Turf Condominium received and retained the benefit of legal services at the detriment of Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet.

Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet seek trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, court costs, interest and all further relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorneys Michele A. Crosa and Jonathan Zim of Eisinger, Brown, Lewis, Frankel & Chaiet PA in Hollywood, Florida.
