Woman allegedly injured in Kenneth City collision seeks damages from driver

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas Park resident alleges she was injured in an auto accident in Kenneth City.

Cherie Kilmer filed a complaint on April 10 in the Pinellas Circuit Court against Margaret H. Lelle alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 2, 2017, she was a passenger in a vehicle traveling on 66th Street North in Kenneth City when Lelle collided with the vehicle.

The plaintiff holds Lelle responsible because collision alleged caused plaintiff to incur continuing medical expenses from injury in a manner that meets or exceeds the threshold requirements of Florida statutes.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant for damages of more than $15,000, excluding costs. She is represented by E. Lynn Gibbons of Jorgensen Gibbons PA in St. Petersburg.
