Ocoee property owners allege tenant failed to pay monthly rent

Late 03

ORLANDO — Ocoee property owners are suing a tenant, alleging breach of contract.

Ebrahim H. Mamsa and Aisha Mamsa filed a complaint March 19 in Orange County Circuit Court against Ramesh C. Bhatheja, doing business as Ocoee Dental Care PA, alleging failure to pay rent.

According to the complaint, since Sept. 1, 2017, the Mamsas have suffered economic damages as a result of Ocoee Dental Care's unlawful business practice of refusing to pay a rental fee of $3,300 per month for the commercial property owned by plaintiffs at 1140 W. Colonial Drive, Suites 7 & 8 Ocoee..

The plaintiffs allege Ocoee Dental Care has breached the lease by failing to pay rent, additional rent, and other amounts due, and by failing to adequately maintain the plaintiffs' property.

The Mamsas seek trial by jury, damages of more than $15,000, attorney fees and court costs, plus all other relief the court deems just. They are represented by attorney Heather A. Trombly of Winter Garden.
