CLEARWATER — A Florida company is suing a Pinellas County customer, alleging breach of contract.

Stylistic Design Developers Inc. filed a complaint Feb. 6 in Pinellas Circuit Court against Richard P. Wallace, alleging failure to pay more than $19,000.

According to the complaint, on Nov. 30, 2016, Stylistic Design entered into an agreement with Wallace whereby Wallace would pay $44,000 to settle a previous controversy. The suit says Stylistic Design has suffered monetary damages as a result of Wallace's wrongful conduct in neglecting to pay part of the amount due.

The plaintiff alleges Wallace has failed to fulfill his obligations under the loan contract, and received and retained benefit conferred by the plaintiff without paying the $19,500 that is due.

Stylistic Design Developers seeks trial by jury, judgment of $19,500, plus interest, court costs, attorney fees, and all other relief the court deems just. It is represented by attorney Erica F. Augello of Trask Daigneault LLP in Clearwater.
