Best Broadcasting & Media Talent LLC accuses woman of failing to pay for representation services

ORLANDO — A Kentucky company is suing Ginger Gadsden for alleged breach of contract.

Best Broadcasting & Media Talent LLC filed a complaint on June 20 in the Orange County Circuit Court, alleging that the defendant breached her duty of good faith and fair dealing.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it acquired 3 Kings Entertainment, which had previously entered into a representation agreement with the defendant. The plaintiff alleges that it has the right to receive payments due from the defendant for representation services. The plaintiff claims that it has suffered damages from the defendant's failure to pay for the services. 

The plaintiff holds the defendant responsible for allegedly failing to fully pay the invoice for representation services and for receiving the benefit of representation at the expense of the plaintiff.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $19,150.04 plus accruing interest, costs, attorney's fees and other relief to which it may be entitled. The plaintiff is represented by Scott A. Weinberg of Lynch, Cox, Gilman & Goodman PSC in Louisville, Ky.
