ORLANDO – The owner of an Orlando property alleges its tenant has filed to pay rent.
FGHP Triplex LLC filed a complaint on June 8 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Grow Fitness Group Inc. citing nonresidential eviction, breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on June 1, 2016, FGHP Triplex LLC entered into a lease agreement with the defendant to have certain premises rented in exchange for a monthly rent of $5,179.55 plus taxes.
The plaintiff holds Grow Fitness Group Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to fulfill its obligations under the lease agreement and failed to pay rent when due.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for unpaid rent, additional accruing rent, accelerated rent in the amount of $42,485.56, plus other charges, prejudgment interest, costs and attorney's fees. It is represented by Jeffrey A. Aman and Jarryd M. Dalfino of Aman Law Firm in Lutz.
