Orange County resident alleges she suffered fracture because of reckless operation of boat

ORLANDO – An Orange County resident alleges she was injured because of the reckless operation of a boat.

Elisa Rodriguez filed a complaint on June 6 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Rory Quintanilla, Nautical Shyne Services LLC, It Takes III Liquors LLC and Personal Assistant FL+ LLC alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 4, she was invited onto a vessel owned and operated by Quintanilla, who operated the boat in such a manner that it caused the plaintiff injuries. She alleges she sustained a fracture to her back and rib, disability, inconvenience, mental anguish and was forced to wear a back brace.

The plaintiff holds Rory Quintanilla, Nautical Shyne Services LLC, It Takes III Liquors LLC and Personal Assistant FL+ LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly operated the vessel in a careless manner and in reckless disregard for the safety of the passengers.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendants in an amount exceeding $15,000. She is represented by Daniel A. Perez and Jeremy L. Hogan of Hogan and Hogan PA in Orlando.
