American Express Bank alleges it is owed more than $54,000 for card balance

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County individual and business are alleged to have failed to pay the debt owed on a credit card.

CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County individual and business are alleged to have failed to pay the debt owed on a credit card.

American Express Bank FSB filed a complaint on May 22 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against Print Quickness Inc. and Louis A. Dinicola alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it issued a credit card to the defendants and that the defendants have failed to pay a balance of $54,581.10.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages in the amount of $54,581.10 together with the court cost and such other relief that this Court deems reasonable. It is represented by Scott E. Modlin of Modlin Slinsky PA in Sunrise.
