JSS Property Professionals Inc. alleged to have provided defective work

CLEARWATER – A nonprofit alleges that work it hired to have done on its property was defective.

Belleview Biltmore Villas-South Garden-4 Belleview Blvd. Inc. filed a complaint on May 22 in the 6th Judicial Circuit of Florida - Pinellas County against JSS Property Professionals Inc. alleging breach of contract and other counts.

According to the complaint, the parties entered into a contract in 2012 for exterior painting and other work at the plaintiff's Belleair property. The plaintiff alleges that the work done the railing systems was defective.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages, prejudgment interest, costs, attorney's fees and all other relief the court deems appropriate. It is represented by Joseph W. Gaynor and Caitlein J. Jammo of Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns LLP in Clearwater.
