Pamela Goins filed a complaint on May 17 in the Orange Circuit Court against Praetorian Insurance Co. alleging breach of contract of insurance.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 14, 2016, her property sustained a covered loss caused by a water discharge in the bathroom.
