Woman files suit over alleged injuries from collision in Sunken Gardens parking lot

CLEARWATER – A woman alleges she was injured when her vehicle was struck in a St. Petersburg parking lot.

Angela V. Jamieson filed a complaint on May 16 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Darrius Benjamin alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Oct. 23, 2016, she sustained severe and permanent injuries after the defendant struck her vehicle while in the parking lot at Sunken Gardens in St. Petersburg.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant of more than $15,000, plus costs and all other issues as the jury may allow. She is represented by Timothy M. Ingram of Ingram Injury Law PA in Clearwater.
