Woman seeks underinsured motorist coverage from Progressive Select Insurance Co.

CLEARWATER – A Tampa woman is seeking coverage after a collision with an underinsured motorist in Pinellas County.

Alicia Pesco filed a complaint on May 16 in the 6th Judicial Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Progressive Select Insurance Co. alleging that the licensed insurer breached its duty to settle the insurance claim.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 1, 2016, she was traveling northbound on Howard Franklin Bridge when an underinsured/uninsured motorist collided with her vehicle. Plaintiff alleges she sustained injuries and damages and is entitled to receive coverage with defendant. 

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant of more than $15,000 and for such other relief to which she may be entitled. She is represented by David D. Neiser and Matthew A. Dolman of Dolman Law Group in Clearwater.
