FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County driver alleges she was injured when her vehicle was rear-ended in the county.
Cecilia Moreno filed a complaint on May 12 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Ruth Andriolo and Frank Andriolo alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 29, 2016, she was stopped at the intersection of North Park Road and Hollywood Boulevard when Ruth Andriolo, operating a vehicle owned by Frank Andriolo, rear-ended her. She alleges she suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish, loss of earnings and incurred medical expenses.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000, interest, attorney's fees, costs and further relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Nicolas Lampariello of Lampariello Law Group PA in Tamarac.
