CLEARWATER – A Pasco County couple alleges they suffered damages after a collision in Pinellas County.
Lisa C. Deptula and Christopher J. Deptula filed a complaint on May 8 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Kody Dinofia alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on Feb. 23, plaintiff Lisa C.
