Driver alleges injures in accident in Coral Springs

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County man claims he was injured in an auto accident in Coral Springs.

Christian Swinson filed a complaint on April 28 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Angelika Ewa Baker and Amged M. Baker alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Jan. 12, 2016, Angelika Ewa Baker operating a vehicle owned by co-defendant in such a manner that it collided with plaintiff's motor vehicle on West Sample Road near Turtle Run Boulevard in Coral Springs. He alleges he suffered bodily injury and resulting pain and suffering, impairment, disability, inconvenience, aggravation of a pre-existing condition, mental anguish, loss of earnings, and incurred medical expenses.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendants for damages, costs and other relief the court may deem appropriate. He is represented by Glen B. Levine of Law Offices of Anidjar & Levine PA in Fort Lauderdale.
