CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County resident alleges he was injured in a collision near the intersection of Druid Rod and Hercules Avenue in Clearwater.
Charles Svetlanovich filed a complaint on April 24 in the Pinellas Circuit Court against Judy De Filippis alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Sept. 28, 2016, he suffered a significant permanent loss of an important bodily function resulting in pain and suffering, disability, mental anguish and incurred medical expenses, as a result of the negligence of the defendant in operating her vehicle so that it collided with the motor vehicle driven by plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against defendant for damages of more than $15,000, costs, attorney's and further relief as the court deems necessary. He is represented by Peter A. Sartes and Peter L. Targos of Tragos, Sartes & Tragos PLLC in Clearwater.
