FORT LAUDERDALE – A bank alleges that an individual has defaulted on a credit account agreement.
Discover Bank filed a complaint on April 14 in the Broward Circuit Court against Cindy J. Salem alleging breach of contract.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendant defaulted on an account and owes it $18,400.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $18,400, plus interest and costs. It is represented by Zoran D. Jovanovich of Zwicker & Associates PC in Deerfield Beach.
