CLEARWATER – A driver alleges he was injured in a collision in Hillsborough County on Interstate 275.
John Goss filed a complaint on April 14 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas Circuit Court against Seif El Masry and Injy El Hammamy alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on April 12, 2016, he was injured, bruised, shocked and contused about his body, suffered great mental and physical pain, and incurred medical expenses that were caused by the negligence of Masry in his operation of a vehicle owned by Hammamy.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for damages of more than $15,000, interest, costs and other relief the court deems just. He is represented by John M. Della Costa Jr. and R. Mark Bortner of Della Costa & Neville PA in Pinellas Park.
