CLEARWATER – A man formerly employed by a Pinellas County corporation alleges he is owed unpaid wages and commissions.
Geoffrey Avolt filed a complaint on April 13 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Ron Wallace & Associates Inc. alleging unpaid wages.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that he was employed by the defendant from 2010 to 2016 as a territory manager. The plaintiff holds Ron Wallace & Associates Inc. responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to pay some wages and commissions.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment for damages against defendant, unpaid wages and commissions, interest, attorneys' fees, costs, and further relief as the court deems just.
