CLEARWATER – The landlord of a Clearwater property alleges it has been damaged by the actions of its tenant.

Coastal Palms Holdings Inc. filed a complaint on April 6 in the 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Dadata Inc. and Digital Media Solutions LLC seeking eviction.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the plaintiff and Dadata Inc. entered into a lease agreement in 2011 and that Dadata subleased the property to Digital Media Solutions.

The plaintiff holds Dadata Inc. and Digital Media Solutions LLC responsible because the defendants allegedly breached the lease by subletting the property and the defendants' agents engaged in disruptive use of the property.

The plaintiff seeks judgment against defendants for damages including fees, costs, interest and other relief that the court deems just. It is represented by Caitlein J. Jammo of Johnson, Pope, Bokor, Ruppel & Burns LLP in Clearwater.
