CLEARWATER – A Pinellas County contractor alleges it has not been paid for work performed.
Weldon Services LLC, doing business as Weldon Insulation LLC, filed a complaint on April 5 in 6th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Pinellas County against Animal and Remediation Experts LLC, doing business as Allstar Animal Removal LLC, Premier Animal Removal and PAR alleging breach of contract and other counts.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that it was contracted by the defendant to complete residential jobs on its behalf. The plaintiff alleges it has not received a payment for its work since January.
The plaintiff seeks judgment against the defendant, for damages now amounting to $23,103.10, interest, restitution, disgorgement, court costs, and other relief that the court deems just. It is represented by Michael R. Warren of Warren Law Firm in Safety Harbor.
