Southeastern Swim Tech Inc. alleges former contractor breached agreement

FORT LAUDERDALE – A Broward County business alleges a former contractor is unlawfully using its confidential information.

Southeastern Swim Tech Inc. filed a complaint on March 21 in the 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Broward County against Pablo C. Valderramos and Caribbean Pool Service Inc. alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that in February it suffered damages to its business and profit caused by defendants' violation of a non-competition agreement they executed with the plaintiff on Sept. 14, 2016. The suit states the defendants were believed to be using plaintiff's confidential information by undercutting sales and service offers to enticed plaintiff's present and prospective customers. 

The plaintiff seeks judgment in favor of plaintiff, temporary and permanent injunctions, attorney's fees, costs, and other relief the court deems just. It is represented by Andrew V. Cobbe of Kevin J. Taylor PA in Fort Lauderdale.
