ORLANDO – A financial institution alleges that an individual failed to pay off a credit card.
American Express Centurion Bank filed a complaint on March 21 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Stel Sadlier alleging failure to pay.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that Sadlier allegedly failed to fulfill his obligations under the credit agreement between him and the plaintiff and failed to pay amount due and owing.
The plaintiff seeks judgment for damages in the amount of $26,743.16, plus interest and court costs, against defendant. It is represented by Eric B. Cooley of Zwicker & Associates PC in Jacksonville.
