Applications developer alleges Olivia Charlie LLC owes more than $700,000

Contract 02

MIAMI – An Ohio applications developer alleges a Sunny Isles company did not pay in full for the purchase of the apps.

Mikes Worry Free Inc. and Michael Hlatky filed a complaint on March 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Olivia Charlie LLC alleging breach of contract.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that on June 27, 2016, the plaintiffs entered into a contract with the defendant to sell all the apps owned and operated by plaintiff for the sum of $843,750 plus all unpaid revenue calculated at $72,600 that was generated until the transaction between both parties became final. The suit states the defendant paid the first payment of $207,500, but failed to pay any additional amounts due on the contract afterwards.

The plaintiffs hold Olivia Charlie LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly received the benefits of all assets sold in the contract and all control over such apps, but has failed to pay any additional amounts due on the contract.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek judgment against defendant for damages in the amount of $708,850 plus court costs, prejudgment interest, declaratory relief and any further relief the court deems just. They are represented by Tom J. Manos of Manos-Schenk PL in Miami.
