MIAMI – A Broward
County man alleges he was not adequately compensated for the hours he
worked and was misclassified as an independent contractor. He has filed a

hours without being paid minimum wages or overtime compensation at a
rate of time-and-one-half. The plaintiff holds Nationwide Transport
Services LLC responsible because the defendant allegedly failed to
properly compensate the plaintiff.
The plaintiff requests a trial
by jury and seeks minimum wages due to the plaintiff, liquidated
damages, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just.
