ORLANDO – An Orange County resident is seeking damages over alleged injuries sustained in an Alhambra Drive accident.

Margalie Labady filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the Orange County Circuit Court against Elda Bastien alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Nov. 9, 2015, she was operating a motor vehicle traveling west on Alhambra Drive in Orange County when the defendant collided with plaintiff's vehicle. The plaintiff alleges the incident caused her to suffer bodily injury, disability, impairment, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of capacity for the enjoyment of life, expense of hospitalization and nursing care, loss of current and future earnings, and damage to property.
