Orange County driver alleges motorist's negligence caused injuries in Kalmia Drive crash

ORLANDO – An Orange County man alleges he was injured in an accident on Kalmia Drive.

Federico Martinez filed a complaint on Dec. 29 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against Jean Carlos Flores Gonzales alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Feb. 13, 2016, he was driving along the intersection of Kalmia Drive in Orlando when the vehicle operated by the defendant suddenly collided with his. As a result, he alleges he suffered bodily injury, impairment, disability, disfigurement, mental anguish, loss of earnings, aggravation of a previously existing condition and incurred substantial medical expenses.

The plaintiff holds Gonzales responsible because the defendant allegedly negligently operated his vehicle.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment in his favor, damages of more than $15,000, interest and costs. He is represented by Robert J. Horst of Horst Law Firm in Orlando.
