ORLANDO – Two Seminole County residents are facing a suit from an Orange County woman over alleged injuries sustained in an accident on Maitland Avenue.
Angela Holtz filed a complaint on Dec. 20 in the 9th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida - Orange County against David W. Raborn and Alexa G. Raborn alleging negligence.
According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on March 26, 2013, she suffered physical injuries after a collision on Maitland Avenue with Alexa G. Raborn. The plaintiff holds David W. Raborn and Alexa G. Raborn responsible because Alexa G. Raborn allegedly negligently operated her vehicle, which was owed by David W. Raborn, and collided with plaintiff's vehicle.
The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks damages and any other relief as this court deems just. She is represented by Cassidy Perdue and Vanessa L. Brice of Colling Gilbert Wright & Carter LLC in Orlando.
