PUNTA GORDA – A shopper at a Charlotte convenience store claims the store's doors caused him to slip and fall.

Herbert Miller filed a complaint on Dec. 28 in the 20th Judicial Circuit Court of Charlotte County against Circle K Stores Inc. alleging negligence.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that on Aug. 4, 2014, he sustained physical injuries as the result of slipping and falling on the maintenance of the store's automatic doors.
