FORT LAUDERDALE — A Broward County man is suing a Florida company, alleging unpaid wages and violation of workers compensation acts.
Henry Simmons Jr. filed a class action complaint, individually and on behalf of all others similarly situated, Dec. 16 in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida Fort Lauderdale Division against
B&B Contracting, Inc., Walter Beaton, and Robert Bazzano,

According to the complaint, Simmons worked for the defendants between Dec. 15, 2013, and Oct. 23, 2016, an average of 50-55 40 hours per week being paid any overtime compensation.
