Customer service representative alleges Ross Furniture Logistics failed to pay her

MIAMI – A Broward County resident alleges her South Florida furniture logistics employer failed to pay her for her hours worked as a customer service representative.

Ragme Rivera filed a complaint on Nov. 14 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against Ross Furniture Logistics Inc. and Eyal Ross citing the Fair Labor Standards Act.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff alleges that the defendants failed to pay her wages for three weeks of work.

The plaintiff requests a trial by jury and seeks judgment against the defendant, all legal fees and any other relief as the court deems just. She is represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law PA in Fort Lauderdale.
