Law money 07

MIAMI — Two people are suing former employers Miller Healthcare Network LLC and Martine J. Miller, alleging violation of wage laws and breach of contract.

Paule Sabrina Brown and Chantal Dieuvil filed a complaint on Nov. 10 in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida against the defendants, alleging that they failed to pay fair compensation to the home health aides.

According to the complaint, the plaintiffs allege that they were not properly compensated for their work. They hold the defendants responsible for allegedly not paying what was contracted and violating the Fair Labor Standards Act.

The plaintiffs request a trial by jury and seek unpaid wages, interest, all legal fees and any other relief as this court deems just. They are represented by Elliot Kozolchyk of Koz Law, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale.
